Part of Barking & Dagenham’s priority works programme to meet the Borough’s urgent need for Primary School places.

Butler &Young provided M&E Specification and site quality control.

Project completed to time and budget through good team relationship and collaborative working with Framework Contractor. (Neilcott)

This is an example of where Design and Build has been the appropriate procurement method to achieve a fast track result. By paying close attention to the quality of installation, risks of potential operating and maintenance problems in the future have been significantly mitigated.
