Butler & Young worked collaboratively with CAA Engineer and CAA Procurement to achieve the best value chiller replacement solution, with minimal risk to building operation and emphasis on energy saving and ease of future maintenance.
All services procured through BYA including Structural and CDM-C input.
Health and Safety issues were at the forefront of planning.? Operational and implementation risks were identified early on, reviewed from feasibility to completion and appropriately mitigated and managed.
Works carried out with occupiers in situ and seamless to building operation.
Completed to budget and ahead of programme.
Energy savings are anticipated to be 30% over the previous equipment.
